A lawn worth standing on.
Oso NPK runs a timed feeding and weed-control program built around your grass type and your soil — not a bag of whatever was on sale. Every territory is owned by someone who lives in it.
What we do
Four programs. One technician who knows your yard.
You get the same person on your property most visits, which is the whole reason anything gets caught early. Routes are built so that stays true.
Fertilization & Weed Control
The core program. Seven timed feedings and a pre-emergent barrier that stops weeds before they show up.
What's includedAeration & Overseeding
Core aeration to open compacted soil, plus overseeding for cool-season lawns that have thinned out.
What's includedMosquito & Perimeter Pest
Monthly barrier treatments through the season, plus a foundation perimeter that keeps ants and roaches outside.
What's includedTree & Shrub Care
Deep-root feeding and seasonal insect and disease control for the plants worth more than the lawn.

Pricing shown is for a lawn up to 5,000 square feet in most territories. Your local owner quotes from a measurement of your actual property, and prices vary by market. No contract — plans are cancellable any time with 14 days' notice.
How it works
Four steps, and only one of them is yours
We measure the lawn
Your local owner measures the treatable area from satellite imagery and confirms it on the first visit. Quotes are based on square footage, not on a guess about the size of your house.
We build the program
Grass type, soil test, sun exposure and what has already been tried. A St. Augustine lawn in deep shade does not get the same program as bermuda in full sun.
We show up on schedule
You get a text the day before every visit and a written note when we leave — what went down, at what rate, and what to do about watering that week.
You call us if anything breaks through
That is the only part that requires you. Weeds between visits, a thin patch, a bug problem — we come back inside three business days at no charge.
What customers say
The reviews we did not cherry-pick
Third company in four years and the first one where the same guy shows up every time. He noticed armyworms before I did and had it handled the same week.
Curtis M.New Braunfels, TX
They talked me out of the biggest plan on the first call and told me to fix my irrigation coverage first. That is not the sales pitch I expected.
Dana R.Edmond, OK
Lawn looks better than it has in a decade. Scheduling in the first month was rough while they were adding routes, but it settled down and they were upfront about it.

Where we work
61 territories across nine states
Every territory is independently owned and operated by someone who lives in the market. That is not a franchising technicality — it is why the person quoting your lawn knows what the soil does two streets over.
Not in a territory yet? Tell us where you are. We will say so honestly rather than book a visit we cannot service, and we will let you know when someone opens nearby.
Thinking about owning one?
We franchise to operators, not investors. No turf background required — most of our strongest owners came from trades, logistics or the military, and learned the agronomy at our training programme.
- Protected territory of roughly 35,000 qualified households
- Three weeks of training before you take a single call
- National supplier pricing from day one

Tell us the address and what is bothering you about the lawn. Your local owner measures it, prices it, and tells you honestly whether it is worth starting mid-season.
