Everything we do, and what it actually costs
Four programs. Most customers start with fertilization and weed control and add the others as they become the limiting factor — which your technician will tell you before you ask.
Fertilization & Weed Control
The core program. Seven timed feedings and a pre-emergent barrier that stops weeds before they show up.
What's includedAeration & Overseeding
Core aeration to open compacted soil, plus overseeding for cool-season lawns that have thinned out.
What's includedMosquito & Perimeter Pest
Monthly barrier treatments through the season, plus a foundation perimeter that keeps ants and roaches outside.
What's includedTree & Shrub Care
Deep-root feeding and seasonal insect and disease control for the plants worth more than the lawn.

Pricing shown is for a lawn up to 5,000 square feet in most territories. Your local owner quotes from a measurement of your actual property, and prices vary by market. No contract — plans are cancellable any time with 14 days' notice.
Add-ons
Booked as one-offs, no plan required
These are priced per job rather than per visit. Existing customers get them at a lower rate, but you do not have to be on a plan to book one.
Grub control
Preventive application in early summer, ahead of the damage window. Curative treatment available once damage shows, with honest expectations about what recovers.
Fire ant program
Broadcast bait plus mound treatment, with a season-long guarantee on treated areas.
Lime and soil amendment
Applied against a lab soil test, not a hunch. Most lawns here do not need lime and we will say so.
Bed weed control
Pre-emergent and spot treatment in landscape beds, timed with the lawn applications so it is one trip.
Questions
Before you call
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Plans continue until you cancel, and cancelling takes fourteen days' notice by phone or email. You are billed after each visit, so you are never carrying a balance for work that has not happened.
What if I am starting mid-season?
We will tell you honestly whether it is worth it. Starting a fertilization program in July means you have missed both pre-emergent windows, and a good owner will suggest starting with aeration in the fall instead of selling you applications that cannot do their job.
Do you mow?
No. We are a treatment company. Mowing is a different business with different equipment and different margins, and doing both badly is how a lot of local operators go under. We will happily coordinate with whoever cuts your grass.
Is the price the same in every market?
No. Each territory is independently owned and prices to local costs. The figures on this page are typical rather than universal, and your quote comes from the owner who will actually do the work.
What happens if I am not happy?
Call the local number. If the owner cannot resolve it, corporate support gets involved — the number is on every invoice. We would rather refund a visit than have a territory build a reputation we then have to buy back.
Not sure which plan fits?
Describe the lawn and what is bothering you. Your local owner will recommend the smallest program that solves it, which is usually not the biggest one on the page.
